What if I want to change my order?

You will have 24 hours to make changes in your order. Please, send e-mail with your name to help@push-up.net, if you want to cancel some items. If you want to add something, just make your purchase online. We will make all necessary adjustments with payment and shipping. It means, if you purchased additional item and now eligible for free shipping we will refund shipping charges, (We will refund your money within 24-72 hours). With any others question, please also e-mail to help@push-up.net.

Guarantee and Returns of Goods

We appreciate your custom and will make every effort to provide you with complete customer satisfaction. If you do have a problem with your purchase, please return it to us by a recordable means, and we will make every effort to rectify matters to your complete satisfaction. If your item does not fit correctly, simply return the item for exchange or a refund. You have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after ordering your goods, and you will be provided with a full refund.

Returns should be posted to our postal address.

A full refund will be granted for goods returned in perfect condition in the original packaging including all labels attached.

A full refund will be provided on all defective goods.

What if I want to send a gift?

If you want us send a package as a gift and put your address as a return address, please indicate that in Customers Notes at the checkout, or send email to help@push-up.net . We will not include packing slip with a package.


Payment

What type of payment do you accept?


We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Also you can use your PayPal account.

2. Why was my credit card denied?

For your security we use automatic credit card verification system.
Your payment can be denied for a few reasons:
- Your billing address. Please, fill out your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card bill.
- 3-digit number code on the back of your card does not match.

Check your information carefully and make necessary correction in your profile.
